Summary We report a 60‐year‐old woman with B‐cell angiotropic lymphoma who presented with generalized telangiectasia and indurated plaques. Cutaneous involvement in angiotropic lymphoma has a wide clinical spectrum. Telangiectasia on associated cutaneous lesions is expected, but generalized telangiectasia over normal skin was a striking feature of our patient.
