Source/description : A polymorphic dinucleotide repeat was isolated from a plasmid library by screening with [α‐ 32 P] end‐labeled oligonucleotide probe (GT) 15 . Nucleotide sequence of the clone was determined using a DNA sequencer with T3 and T7 primer. Mendelian inheritance was confirmed by a pedigree analysis described previously 1.
