Unilateral pulmonary agenesis is a very rare developmental malformation that is often associated with other anomalies including non‐immune hydrops. We describe a case of isolated unilateral pulmonary agenesis diagnosed in the second trimester by gray‐scale and color Doppler ultrasound. Copyright © 2002 ISUOG
