Summary The normal leucocyte picture of heart blood of the Prince Henry strain of mice is presented. Tetmosol and Lanokil have been shown capable of producing gross modification to this picture by inducing an acute lymphocytopenia. The results are discussed with respect to immunological aberrations‐which might follow the use of disulfiram for the treatment of chronic alcoholism.
