Two cases of reiterated Horner’s syndrome after lumbar epidural block

We describe two young men with low back pain, who were given repeat lumbar epidural blocks for treatment of pain. They both developed reiterated unilateral Horner’s syndrome. Computer tomography and myelography of the lumbar spine prior to the intervention showed signs of suspect disc herniation and sequelae after previous surgery.
