A new type of Pc 1 pulsation is found. The emission is called "fingerprint" structure Pc 1 from the shape of the frequency ‐time (f‐t) spectra. The characteristics of the emissions obtained at geomagnetically conjugate statieons (Syowa Station in Antarctica and Husafell in Iceland) are as follows: The fine structure of the emission consists of many horizontal lines on f‐t spectra, up to 25 different lines. The frequency separation of adjacent lines remains constant and the frequency differences are 15‐25 mHz, mostly around 16‐20 mHz. The enhanced bands of each harmonic structure change their frequencies simultaneously. The fine structures of the emissions show good geomagnetic conjugacy when the emissions are observed with enough intensity at both stations.
