Multiple‐receiver MF radar data acquired during the Arecibo Initiative in Dynamics of the Atmosphere 1989 campaign are used to demonstrate the viability of wind velocity estimation with poststatistics steering (PSS) technique. PSS wind estimates are shown to compare favorably with spaced antenna (true) and interferometric wind estimates.
