A proof is given that the reciprocity principle applies to Darcian flow in a network of heterogeneous branches with either no‐flow or fixed‐head boundary conditions. Formulae are obtained for the Laplace transform of the drawdown in the special case of homogeneous branches; this provides a new method for accurately solving some flow problems in networks.
