A new class of tensor boundary conditions is introduced for modeling multilayered dielectric structures. Surface integral equations are then developed on the basis of these tensor conditions for a more efficient modeling of nonmetallic bulk structures. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the accuracy and applicability of these boundary conditions.
