Objective: To explore the effects of induction of Gamma-interferon(IFN-γ) production by\udadenoviral vectors (AdVs) on dendritic cells (DCs) viability and activity.\udMethods: AdVs were propagated in human embryonic kidney 293 cell lines and DCs were derived\udfrom mouse bone marrow using GM-CSF-IL-4-enriched media. The DCs were infected by either\udAdVs-green fluorescent protein or AdVs-IFN-γ during a 48 h culture. Phenotypic and functional\udcharacteristics of AdV-infected DCs were measured by flowcytometry-based methods.\udResults: Our results displayed that AdVs-IFN-γ could significantly induce DCs necrosis.\udFurthermore, AdVs-IFN-γ-infected DCs efficiently expressed the CD86 molecules.\udConclusions: According to our finding, AdV-IFN-γ is able to affect murine bone marrowderived DC viability and activity
