Objective: To predict three dimensional structure of AraC Family transcription regulator protein\udin staphylococcus aureus involved in causing virulence. Methods: Evolutionary dynamics of S.\udaureus reveled that several mutations preceding virulence lead to truncated proteins that plays\udan important role in virulence. The Structural templates are identified using homology search\udand then homology modelling is used to get the 3-D structure of the protein. Results: The 3-D\udstructure of SAS2271 transcriptional factor of AraC family in MSSA476 strain of S. aureus was\udmodelled and validated using the Ramachandran plot. Conclusions: The knowledge of 3-D\udstructure of the protein will be helpful in identifying its biochemical function along with its\udregulatory mechanism in causing virulence
