Objective: T o evaluate the seroprevalence of brucellosis among the risk group of population\udbetween the periods from July 2011 to June 2011. Methods: A total of 75 sera samples of Kerman\udslaughterhouse workers were collected. Sera were tested by a commercial indirect ELISA kit.\udResults: The apparent seroprevalence was 58.6% by ELISA method. Significant relation were\udobserved with clinical signs (P<0.001) and duration of work (P<0.01) but relation between age,\udjob title and education level with seropositivity were not significant. Conclusions: The study\udindicates that the slaughterhouse workers in Kerman City are at high risk to infection with\udbrucellosis
