Heart involvement in cysticercosis is rare, and most of the reports of cardiac cysticercosis have\udbeen in the form of autopsy studies. Generally, the heart involvement is part of a severe and\udgeneralized infection with the presence of only one or few cysts involving the myocardium. We\udreport an interesting case of extensive cysticercosis of heart with innumerable cysts (around 100\udin number) on the external surface of the heart on autopsy of a 30 year old female. Microscopic\udexamination revealed wide spread involvement of myocardium. No such case of extensive cardiac\udcysticercosis has been reported in the literature so far. Apart from reporting a case study, we\udpresent interesting illustrations of such extensive involvement of heart in cysticercosis
