El acceso a la información ambiental

ResumenEn el presente trabajo se analiza el tema del derecho a un ambiente adecuado como derecho humano y del acceso a la información ambiental como parte fundamental de ese derecho, realizando un análisis de la complejidad de la problemática ambiental y de cómo se requiere de que todos los actores sociales se involucren en la protección el medio ambiente, lo que al mismo tiempo exige la disponibilidad de la información por parte de las autoridades.AbstractThis paper examines the issue of the right to an adequate environment as a human right and access to environmental information as a fundamental part of that right, with an analysis of the complexity of environmental problems and how they require that all stakeholders involved in protecting the environment, which at the same time requires the availability of information on the part of the authorities
