This book refers mainly to the Bandura’s concept of self-efficacy: A belief related to the ability to do science or mathematics, a product of an individual’s experiences with those topics slow to form and difficult to change. Self-efficacy beliefs refer to students’ capability to accom plish the task. Self-efficacy has been defined by Zimmerman “as personal judgments of one’s capabilities to organize and execute courses of action to attain designated goals”
