Remember that manufacturers want your business. Manufacturers want to provide what you need to use a product correctly. They believe they are meeting that need. It is up to you to decide your future. Your frustration and anxiety with new technology will never change unless you take charge and communicate your needs to manufacturers. Tell them what you like about a product and, just as important, how to make it better. Tell them what resources are needed to minimize the anxiety and frustration associated with using their products.
