These changes in the AORN Bylaws will be considered by the House of Delegates at the 1981 AORN Congress, March 8 to 13, in Dallas. The proposals would change delegate representation for members‐at‐large and establish an Editorial Board for the AORN Journal. Both the current and proposed bylaws are printed below. Accompanying statements follow each proposal. These proposals are published for review by the membership. Please examine them carefully so you can instruct your delegates how to vote at Congress.
