Community Fire Safety Course Length: 1 hour 30 minutes Pre-requisites: None. Description: Fire is one of the leading causes of accidental death among all age groups. The number and severity of fires on college campuses have increased dramatically over the last several years. It is for this reason that we strive to have a well planned Fire Safety Program here at Messiah College. This course provides general information related to fire prevention, education, and safety. (This course can be customized to the specific duties and responsibilities of an office, department, or building. This course can also be combined with Hands-On Fire Extinguisher training). Certification: Attendance only.
