In this paper, an inventory model of two-warehouse is considered with quadratically increasing demand and time varying deterioration. Comparing to the existing literature, the model is derived with finite replenishment rate and unequal length of the cycle time. The associated cost of the system is minimized. A numerical example, the graphical representation and sensitivity analysis are provided to illustrate the model
