In the present paper, we established a traveling wave solution by using sine-cosine-function algorithm for nonlinear partial differential equations. The method is used to obtain the exact solutions for different types of nonlinear partial differential equations such as, coupled general equal width waveequation (CGEWE) and special cases of thisequation CEW and CMEW equations, which are the important soliton equations. We plot the exact solutions for these equations at different time levels
