The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the temporal and observer variability of cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR)-measured native T 1 , T 2 , and extracellular volume fraction (ECV) and serum biomarkers for the detection of cancer-therapeutics-related cardiac dysfunction (CTRCD).
