The aim of this study was to assess, in a general cardiology cohort screened for obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD), the effectiveness and frequency with which multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) angiography unexpectedly imaged and identified other nonatherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases.
