81 users who regularly logged in to the system in the last 6 months is analysed (Table 1). The data presented is from users who at least have 20 page visits and who have completed exercises on average 400minutes or more (Fig 1-2). The 9 users who fall out of 95% confidence interval on at least 2 of 8 parameters that BEYNEX tracks are invited to clinical examination and 7 of 9 users received early stage dementia diagnosis (Fig 3). Conclusions: CCT (Computerized Cognitive Training) studies are highly contested on application of preventive or deferring dementia processes. However, the longterm cognitive performance data can be utilized as a perfect early notification system, even a diagnostic tool.
