Conclusions: Our framework improves test-retest reproducibility in FC plus stability, specificity, accuracy, and generalizability in estimating individual-level AD outcomes from individual-level FC measures. This improvement in reproducibility and accuracy in prediction of outcomes, at the individual-subject level, represents an important step in improving the clinical utility of FC biomarkers.
