(N1⁄4233), PET-Ab positive patients were 50.2% (N1⁄4235). In univariable logistic regression analysis, age (OR 1.022, p 1⁄4 0.040), sex (female compared with male, OR 1.841, p 1⁄4 0.002), and presence of APOE ε4 (OR 5.390, p< 0.001) were associated with PETAb positivity. In multivariable logistic regression analysis, age (OR 1.106, p< 0.001) and presence of APOE ε4 (OR 11.483, p< 0.001) was associated with PET-A b positivity. Conclusions: Age and APOE ε4 genotype may provide a useful predictive model of PET-A b positivity. Based on this result, it is cost-effective to carry out additional amyloid PET if patients are elderly person and have an APOE ε4 genotype.
