gradient fractionation. Lipid rafts fraction was separated from synaptosome by sucrose gradient fractionation. Results: In Tg2576 mice, the amount of phosphorylated tau and Fyn increased in synaptosome, and also in lipid rafts of synaptosomewith accumulation of Ab oligomers. Accumulation of phosphorylated tau in lipid rafts of synaptosome began at 6 month when the behavioral disturbance appears in Tg2576 mice. Conclusions: Ab oligomers may induce phosphorylated tau and Fyn-NMDA receptor signal transduction pathways in lipid rafts of synapse.
