website has been implemented to run on smartphone, tablet and PC. It helps caregivers to take dementia screening test, search location of public health and care centers in the vicinity by using GPS. The objective of disease screening is to encourage high-risk subjects to seek health care diagnosis and treatment. The collective purpose of these features is to provide meaningful healthcare services to elderly at risk of dementia, community service, and promote opportunities to participate in volunteer work for dementia supporters. Information will be distributed via push notification service. Results: This app service will be released on Apple’s App Store and Google play from April, 2018. This app will be tried for its validity and usability for the intended purpose, and participating users will be surveyed to evaluate its usefulness. Conclusions: Launching dementia app in Osaka city will provide public awareness, supportive living environments, support for community living, employment assistance, social life support, safety, support for carers, promotion of research and development for citizens.
