reduced and plaque-associated microglia were more numerous in SUS-treated mice. We identified that 14 weekly SUS treatments of K3 mice significantly reduced tau pathology and improved memory and motor functions. We further identified the best of four antibody formats in SUS-mediated uptake across the BBB and into pR5 neurons. Conclusions:Our study suggests therapeutic ultrasound as a viable modality to treat proteinopathies.
