better than CG at T2 phase one and T3. Product satisfaction with both products was significantly lower at home versus the clinic at T2 phase one and T3. Clinical effectiveness was not found. Likewise, no order effects were found. Conclusions:By comparing two similar locating system watches, we demonstrated how user experience can be improved by optimizing specific product details and that it differs between PwD and CG. The lower product satisfaction at home versus the clinical points to the largely unexplored effect of social desirability and that product satisfaction may be lower than previously thought. Generalizations are limited due to the small sample size and short study duration.
