baseline RAVLT score (p<.001) and older age (p<.01) were most predictive of low scores on the most recent RAVLT. Change in PiB index did not significantly predict change in RAVLT. Conclusions: The frequency of clinical stage 2 is common (18%) in this cohort and was not explained by amyloid in categorical or linear models. These preliminary results suggest caution is warranted when attributing subtle decline to AD in this AD-risk-enriched but still relatively young cohort. Continued longitudinal study is needed and further analyses should evaluate potential nonlinear trends.
