logistic regression model showed that % of abnormal voxels in the lateral temporal lobes was associated with an increased risk of progression to AD dementia at 24-month follow-up (Figure 2). Conclusions: These results support a framework in which the regional distribution of Ab positivity may provide important information regarding the probability of clinical progression from MCI to dementia over a typical 2-year long clinical trial.
