Methods: Thirty-two older adults with mild amnestic cognitive impairment [28% Females, mean age1⁄473.24 (SD1⁄49.07), all CDR1⁄40.5, Table 1] underwent MRI, PIB-PET, and a neuropsychological test battery. The Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) was also completed.MRI-data underwent standard processing using FreeSurfer v5.1. Average cortical thickness (CTh) from 9 AD-signature (AD-Sig) regions from the Destrieux Atlas was extracted, and an aggregate was calculated (Dickerson et al., 2009). The distribution volume ratio of neocortical PIB-PET retention was partial-volume corrected (PVC),
