improvements in the medical and nursing care response to people with dementia and their families. However, of the 135 professionals with support groups, the average number of activity years was 5.164.7 years. 75.4% had set up programs to interact with participants. Still, 50.7% pointed out the importance of spreading support group activities as a future issue. Conclusions: Local community activities; support groups for dementia care classes and community salon helped family caregivers gather medical care and caregiving information for dementia. Therefore, these results indicated that it is necessary for professionals with support groups to initiate opportunities to discuss ways of spreading support group activities.
