Geriatric Quality of Life-Dementia (GQoL-D), Barthel Index(BI) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL). The collected data were analyzed via SPSS 22.0. Results: Total of 499 elderly participated in this study.A cognitive training programwas conducted at 14 different local CHCs, in Jeollabukdo Province of South Korea, from April 2016 to August 2016. 345 participants’ data were eligible for analysis. The mean age of the subjectswas 77.66 6.8, and 83%of themwere female. Themean baselineMMSE-DS scorewas 23.86 4.6.MMSE-DS score was significantly increased from 23.8 to 25.1 after 15-session cognitive training (p<0.001). GDS-SF score was decreased from 5.76 to 4.51(p<0.001) and GQoL-D score was significantly improved (p1⁄40.041). But the score difference in BI and IADLwas not significant. Conclusions: Our data showed that a manualized, multi-domain cognitive training program improved the score on MMSE-DS, GDS-SF, and GQoL-D. This study suggested that a structuralized manualized cognitive training which was carried out by the group could be used to enhance cognitive performance in community-dwelling elderly.
