regression suggested that a one unit increase in SCD doubled the risk of being in the Ab FLR+/striatal Ab+ group in comparison with Ab FLR(p1⁄4.0005). Conclusions:SCD was found to be associated with both neocortical and striatal Ab, however, SCD was found to be most salient in more advanced stages of preclinical amyloidosis. These findings support growing evidence that both high neocortical and striatal Ab is indicative of the later stages of preclinical Alzheimer’s disease.
