temporoparietal and occipital hypoperfusion on ASL, which overlaps with the hypometabolism on FDG-PET.CIS ratio distinguished DLB and AD patients with both ASL and FDG-PET, and higher CIS was associated with lower medial temporal AV1451 uptake, suggesting that CIS is in-part associated with the NFT-tau pathology of AD in patients with DLB. Non-invasive, radiotracer-free and cost-effective ASL MRI may offer an alternative to FDGPET for evaluation and management of DLB patients.
