HEs. SUVRs, measured between 60-90 min post injection, were w1 across regions for HEs. They were w3-4 in NFT rich regions and w1 in the rest of the brain for ADs. This pattern was confirmed using DVRs analysis. SUVR60-90 min and DVR analysis correlated well (R >0.90). Conclusions: Although our sample is small, [F]MK-6240 displayed significant uptake in brain regions associated with NFT in ADs and no measureable uptake in HEs consistent with a radioligand specific for NFT. Strong evidence supports our previous assumption of very limited to no non-specific binding. Using SUVR as a semi-quantitative method must be qualified but appeared possible. [F]MK-6240 is a promising radioligand for NFT imaging and further studies are warranted in larger cohorts.
