showed a specific absence of spatiotemporal and perceptual features in the narratives they produced. These deficits in autobiographical memory occurred alongside visuospatial and global visual imagery deficits. Voxel-basedmorphometry confirmed prominent prominent atrophy of the parietal and occipital cortices, but sparing of the hippocampi bilaterally. Conclusions: Our findings present novel evidence for remote memory impairment in PCA.We propose that damage to posterior regions of the brain disrupts access to visual information integral to the autobiographical memory trace.
