of the ECog-12 on discriminating between individuals with SCD and MCI ispoor (AUC1⁄40.706, sensitivity1⁄474.11%, specificity1⁄456%,cutoff score1⁄41.67). The discrimination between individuals with AD and MCI groupwas the highest (AUC1⁄40.923, sensitivity1⁄489.38%, specificity1⁄486%, cutoff score1⁄42.00). The discrimination between SCD and AD was intermediate (AUC1⁄40.801, sensitivity1⁄494.69%, specificity1⁄451.79%, cutoff score1⁄41.92). Conclusions: The performance of 12-item ECog for discriminating SCD is not as good as for MCI in memory clinics.
