factor (BDNF) and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Recombinant BDNF has protective functions on in vitro and in vivo AD models. Methods: We cultured primary rat neuron cell with 100nM Ab for preconditioning. MTT(2.5mg/ml) assay was performed to measure cell viability. Western blotting; We detected cell survivor pathway protein and measured mitochondria potential by using JC-1. Results: 100nM Ab42 Preconditioning enhanced cellular tolerance and increased cell viability than control group at 1mM Ab toxicity. Ab42 Preconditioning maintained mitochondria potential and prevented cell apoptosis. Conclusions:This study indicates that mild Ab Preconditioning activates cell survivor mechanism and prevents apoptosis result from Ab toxicity. This survivor maybe arise from BDNF pathway.
