Results:We assessed 107 people, about 82% of the people aged 60 or more at this area; 102 cases were available for the current analysis. The demographic and educational data is presented (table 2-3). The illiteracy prevalentia found was 81,31%, well above Argentinian average of 1.9%. Dementia prevalence by gold standardwas 17.78%. From all people, in 44%CSIDscorewas below cutoff. Sensitivity, Specificity, LR, PPVand NPP are presented. (Table 4). Conclusions:CSID could be an acceptable dementia screening test in this population.
