visuospatial cognitive disturbances. Methods: MMSE, MOCA-J, FAB and VPTA. Brain MRI, Tc ECD-SPECT, C PiB-PET, I-MIBG myocardial scitigraphy and FDG-PETwere performed. We analyzed Ab1-42 and ptau-181 of CSF, Apolipoprotein E genotype. Results:PCA and DLB showed brain atrophy and hypoperfusion/hypometabolism in the occipito-parietal cortical region. C PiB-PET showed positive findings in EOAD (9/10), DLB (3/9) and PCA (6/6). They showed common CSF results of high ptau181/low Ab1-42, bearing ApoE gene allele ε4. Conclusions: AD-CSF markers and PiB-PET in PCA and a part of DLB have a common pathological mechanism of AD.
