IC‐P‐063: Alzheimer's disease biomarker‐based clusters predict amyloid accumulation and cognitive decline in a preclinical cohort: Findings from the wisconsin registry for Alzheimer's prevention (WRAP)

addition, lower CBF in parietal, temporal and occipital regions was associated with worse executive functioning (B’s1⁄40.14-0.17, p<.05). Lower occipital CBFwas associatedwithworsevisuo-spatial functioning (B1⁄40.26, p<.001). We found no associations between CBF and global cognition, memory or attention. In MCI patients, lower frontal CBF was associated with worse memory performance (B1⁄40.29, p<.001), but there were no other associations between whole brain or regional CBF and cognitive impairment. In SCD, the only association found was between lower frontal CBF and worse visuo-spatial functioning (B1⁄40.19, p<.05).Conclusions:In AD patients, lower CBF,most prominently in themore posterior regions, was associated with worse performance in the non-memory domains language, executiveand visuo-spatial functioning, whereas in predementia patients lower frontal CBF was associated with worse cognition, particularly memory in MCI.
