adjustment was to add 4 points for those with 0-5 years of education. Cronbach alpha of the MoCA was 0.87, and item-total correlation ranged from 0.55 to 0.78. Two items, naming and serial 7 subtraction, had a positive association with education after adjusting for diagnosis, and thus might be education biased.Conclusions:A compensation of 4 points was needed for 05 years of education. Overall the Spanish version of MoCA maintained adequate psychometric properties in this population.
