performance in hMWM correlated with reduced traveling (r1⁄4.49; p1⁄4.015). Reduced traveling also correlated with performance on a nonverbal memory test (r1⁄4-.78, p<.001).Conclusions: Our data suggest that a specific screening question regarding SN may be useful and possibly an inexpensive tool for exploring SN difficulties, the skills impaired very early in the course of AD. Putting such a question in primary care setting might contribute to decision making on patients further referral.
