underwent neurological and neuropsychological examination, structural MRI and brain perfusion (99m)Tc-ECD SPECT showing focal atrophy and/or perfusion changes in posterior brain regions and lumbar puncture for analysis of CSF biomarkers. Ten patients with typical AD and ten controls without cognitive complaints underwent amyloid PET imaging with [18 F]AV45 in a previous study performed in the memory clinic of Tours and in other French centers. AD patients met the NINCDS-ADRDA criteria for probable AD dementia. Results: Results are currently be analyzed. Conclusions: Results are currently be analyzed.
