davunetide’s ability to restore axonal transport in mice exposed to colchicine. These data support previous reports that davunetide’s neuroprotective effect is mediated through microtubule stabilization. Restoration of axonal transport suggests clinical utility in various neurological conditions characterized by axonal transport impairment. We thank Drs. Michael Gold, Bruce Morimoto and Alistair Stewart, Allon Therapeutics Inc. for excellent suggestions.
