increase in burden over the course of the study while interventions groups did not. Conclusions: Participants expressed high acceptance of and satisfaction with the Quadem interventions. The concept of training sessions for groups of family and formal caregivers in combination with individual case conferences for each “caregiving system” was rated as beneficial by program participants. Currently, the QUADEM training modules for family and formal caregivers are part of a “train the trainer” -program.
