and explored by neuropsychological tests, brainMRI, and biological markers, we selected 109 subjects. These 109 subjects (33 A-MCI, 63 SCI and 13 NC) have been carefully examinated with neuropsychological memory tests (FCSR test, span, logical memory) and specific neuropsychological dysex ecutive tests:WisconsinCard Sorting Test (WCST), TrailMaking Test (TMT)A and B, verbal fluency, REY complex figure. Results: At SCI stage, we can observe some patients with dysex ecutive syndrome, without memory impairment (28 on 65 SCI 43%). Themost sensitive tests areWSCT-more precisely the number of cards (35.7%) -and verbal fluency test (35.7%), then WCST number of categories (21.4%) and REY complex copy (21.4%). AtMCI stage 11 A-MCI exhibit a dysex ecutive syndrome (33%). The most striking difference between A-MCI single domain (Non dysexecutive MCI) and A-MCI multiple domain (Dys-MCI) is REY copy. Finally the 28 SCI with dysex ecutive syndrome can be considered as dysex ecutive MCI (Dys-MCI).Conclusions: SCI is a transitional state wherememory complaint is purewith normal cognitive examination (especially episodic memory tests). However a careful examination, peculiarly of executive functions, shows that an important proportion of subjects (43%), exhibits a dysex ecutive syndrome (Brandt et al., 2009) . We can hypothesis that executive dysfunctioning could precede memory alteration in certain MCI. It raises the problem of classic topography of lesions at early stage of AD (Braack and Braack 1991).
