Results: Comparing AD and non -AD patients, total Tau had a sensitivity/ specificity of 89%/87%; ptau181: 85%/91%; Ab 1-42: 77%/74%;and IATI: 89%/80%. Optimum cut-offs were evaluated for total tau at 302 pg/mL, ptau 181: 65 pg/mL, Ab 1-42: 515 pg/mL, and IATI: 0.76. If both ptau 1⁄4 65 pg/mL and IATI< 0.80, sensitivity/specificity was 74%/98%. Conclusions: CSF biomarkers are helpful tools to support AD diagnosis in a memory clinical center. We report our local optimum cut-offs values to discriminate between AD and non-AD patients.
